Delete in the app
- Open the KBF Qatar app and sign in.
- Go to More and tap Delete account.
- Optionally tell us why, then confirm.
You are signed out on every device straight away and can no longer sign in.
Delete without the app
Email us from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm by email.
What happens to your data
Deleted or anonymised: your profile, photo, contact details, business details, identity documents, directory listing, event registrations and notification devices.
Kept where the law requires: membership and payment records needed for KBF's accounts, for as long as the law requires.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting your account also ends your KBF membership; to join again you will need to apply again.
