How do I become a member?
Download the KBF Qatar app, tap Apply for membership, complete each section of the form, upload your documents and submit. KBF reviews every application and you get a notification when it is decided.
Why can't I see events or the directory?
Events, the member directory, the Privilege Club and your membership card open once your membership is approved.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email we send you.
I'm not getting notifications.
In the app, go to More and turn on Push notifications. If your phone asks, allow notifications for KBF Qatar.
How do I renew my membership?
You get reminders before your membership expires. Open Membership in the app to request renewal; KBF will contact you about payment.
How do I delete my account?
